The rules

Everything you would rather know beforehand.

Short, plain and honest. If anything here is unclear, ask before you book rather than after.

Paying for home service: If she is coming to you, at least 60% is paid before the date is confirmed, and you are welcome to pay in full. She is travelling with her whole kit for a slot she cannot fill again.
Paying in the studio: Nothing up front. You settle on the day, before or after the session.
Moving a booking: You can move a booking once, free, with at least 48 hours notice. Inside 48 hours it depends on what else is in the diary that week.
Cancelling: The part you paid for home service is not refundable, because the slot and the journey were both held for you.
Running late: There is a 15 minute grace. Past that, the look may have to be simplified so the next client is not pushed back.
Photographs of your look: She will ask before using any picture of you. If you would rather she did not, say so - it changes nothing about the booking.
What she keeps: Your name, phone number and email, so she can confirm and remind you. Nothing else, nothing shared, and nothing sold.
